///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Ingredients Needed:

Pre-Ingredients

  • Almond Butter  [½ cup]
  • Bananas  [2 wholes, peeled]
  • Milk  [1 cup — your choice of milk]
  • Protein Powder  [1 scoop]
  • Vanilla  [1 ½ tablespoons]
  • Yogurt  [7 ounces — I did Greek]

———————————————————————————————————————

Post-Ingredients

  • Almonds       [½ cup, chopped TINY]
  • Coconut Oil       [2-3 tablespoons]
  • Dark Chocolate    [12 ounces]

Cookware Needed:

  • Blender
  • Double-Boiler Pot
  • Pan — cookie pan?
  • Popsicle Molds {Betchsicles -brand I have}
  • Wax paper

It’s GO Time!!

Get all the ingredients && supplies out, that are listed above from the PRE-Ingredients list!

Blend all the ingredients together — no special order or anything!

Pour them into the popsicle molds.

Put them into the freezer.

HARD PART :::  TIME TO BE PATIENT AND WAIT 2! HOURS :/

… maybe stalk bb? 😉

Get all the ingredients && supplies out, that are listed above from the POST-Ingredients list!

CHOP the almonds (MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS BEFORE THE CHOCOLATE!!)

Get the popsicles out of the mold, use warm water and push from the bottom.

Get the cookie sheet pan && set the wax paper on it.

Add the chocolate & coconut oil into a pot — not just any pan, a double-pan (LOOK HERE if you don’t know what I mean)

**WATCH the chocolate, it will melt fast!**

Dip the popsicles into the chocolate.

Really REALLY QUICKLY sprinkle the chopped almonds on top!

Place the CUTE, PHOTOGENIC, YUMMY, CHIC, DELICIOUS popsicle onto the wax paper.AND… Back into the freezer they go!

WHENEVER you’re ready for dessert (I ate one before dinner!!), just bring them out! — They will be ready whenever the chocolate dries, which is like in 45 seconds!
